Andrew Harar

LPC | Director - BHS Warrenton

My goal is to create a welcoming, collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and know they will be met with understanding rather than judgment. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard and understood. My priority is to meet clients where they are, taking the time to understand their unique experiences rather than viewing them through my own perspective.
David Sanzo

LPC | Therapist

I primarily work with high school-aged teens and adults, and my goal is to create a welcoming, collaborative environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and encouraged as they work toward meaningful growth. I believe people can overcome even life's most difficult challenges. Watching clients grow, discover their strengths, and moving beyond the obstacles holding them back is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
James Craft

M.A, LPC | Therapist

As a male therapist with a focus on working with children and teens, my goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where clients feel comfortable building trust, developing new skills, and discovering a clear path forward.  I believe that every person possesses strengths worth recognizing, regardless of the challenges they face. Therapy is a place to build hope, strengthen confidence, and develop the tools needed to move forward.
Mariam Johnson

MSW, SISW | Therapist

I offer counseling services in both English and Twi. I strive to create a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself.  I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, so I believe in taking the time to build trust and meet you where you are. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Asma Noman

LCSW | Therapist

I offer therapy services in both English and Urdu. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences, knowing they will be met with compassion, respect, and understanding.  I believe healing begins when people feel seen and understood. No matter what challenges you're facing, you don't have to face them alone.
Melissa Brooks

RIC | Therapist

I work with children ages 4 and up, adolescents, adults, and families, with a special passion for supporting children and teens. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and working toward their goals. I believe that growth happens one step at a time, and even small steps forward are meaningful. Don't lose hope and keep going - your journey matters.
Mackenzie Johnson

MSW, SISW | Therapist

I provide therapy services for clients of all ages, with a special passion for working with children and their families. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable being themselves. I believe that children and families thrive when they feel understood, supported, and accepted. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to create a space where clients can explore their emotions, build on their strengths, and develop skills that help them feel more confident in themselves and their relationships.
Ashley Cavallaro

MSW, SISW | Therapist

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe, comfortable, and supported from the moment we meet. I believe that every person has strengths they can build upon, even when life's challenges make those strengths difficult to see. I have a passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and work toward healing and personal growth. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and want therapy to be a place where you feel heard, encouraged, and comfortable being yourself.
