Dr. Aisha Thompson

PhD, LCP | Director BHS - Loudoun | Substance Abuse Program Manager Loudoun

I am passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths, learn from life's experiences, and reach their full potential. My goal is to create a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel empowered to grow into the best version of themselves.
Kelly Starner

LCSW | Therapist

My goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you feel safe, respected, and comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.  I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You are the greatest expert in your own life. My role is not to tell you who you are or what you should do, but to partner with you as we explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change together.
Ivy Dan

MSW, SISW | Therapist

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds, and my goal is to create a welcoming, person-centered environment. I believe healing begins with connection. One of the first things I want my clients to know is I'm here to help you feel safe, heard, and understood.
Andre Rorie

MSW | Therapist

As a male play therapist, my goal is to create a comfortable, pressure-free environment where clients feel at home, accepted, and never worried about being judged.  I believe therapy should be a place where you can be yourself without worrying about what anyone else thinks. Healing begins when people feel safe enough to be open, and I strive to create that kind of space for every client and family I work with.
Oana Gireada

RIC

I offer services in both English and Spanish, and my goal is to create a warm, inviting environment where clients can build trust, feel heard, and know they are not alone as they navigate life's challenges. I believe life is full of challenges, but those challenges become more manageable when you have a safe space to share your story. No matter what you're facing, you don't have to face it alone.
Rosy Cerritos Rivas

MSW, SISW | Therapist

I offer services in both English and Spanish, and my goal is to create a cheerful, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and comfortable enough to be themselves while we work together toward healing and growth. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they are genuinely listened to with an open heart.
