Youth For Tomorrow is a nationally respected adolescent program consisting of three integrated components--Residential, Education and Counseling--designed to meet the needs of children ages 11-17 struggling with a variety of difficulties at home and school. Each component compliments the other two to provide a comprehensive experience for the resident. Each resident is evaluated weekly within each component and an Evaluation Team meets weekly to assess each resident's performance to determine whether the resident has performed satisfactorily based on predetermined criteria detailed in the residents' Individualized Service Plan (ISP). A resident acquires various privileges upon successful performance within the five-step Level System designed to maximize each resident's personal growth and educational achievement.
